We implement industry-standard encryption and secure server infrastructure to protect your data. Confidential Deal Room files are heavily restricted and only accessible to users with admin-approved NDAs.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Business information is only shared with opposite parties (buyers/sellers) after mutual consent and the execution of necessary legal agreements.
