About the Role

We’re looking for someone who’s great with people to help small business owners sell their businesses and connect them with the right buyers. You’ll be guiding them through the whole process, from the first conversation to closing the deal.

What You’ll Do
  • Find opportunities – Build relationships with restaurant owners, retail shops, and SME owners who are thinking about selling. Network, reach out, and create your own pipeline of deals.
  • Be their advisor – Understand what business owners really want from a sale, help them figure out what their business is worth, and match them with serious buyers who are the right fit.
  • Get deals done – Lead negotiations between buyers and sellers, coordinate with lawyers and accountants, and make sure everything goes smoothly from offer to closing.

我們在找擅長與人打交道的夥伴,協助中小企業老闆賣店、找買家,並帶領他們走完整個交易流程—從初步接觸到成交。

你的工作
  • 開發商機 – 與餐廳老闆、店面業主、中小企業主建立關係,找出有意願出售的對象。主動出擊、建立人脈、創造自己的案源。
  • 專業諮詢 – 深入了解業主的真實需求與目標,協助評估店面價值,並媒合真正合適、有誠意的買家。
  • 執行成交 – 主導買賣雙方談判,協調律師與會計師,確保從出價到簽約的每個環節順利完成。
